My name is Paul Mullan (Director & Owner of Measurability). Measurability is a Career, Outplacement and HR consultancy in Ireland. I set up this blog in early 2008 for a number of reasons – I enjoy writing, to provide free advice to jobseekers but also generate business opportunities for Measurability. I know many bloggers won’t admit the last point but I don’t hide it.
